Getting started is easy. To begin, copy the URL of the Notion Page you wish to embed a component on, and add an /embed using the URL with the domain changed from www.notion.so to www.**easy**notion.so.
For example, if your page URL was: https://www.notion.so/thatseasy/How-To-dbb2297f93a24649b78e66eb34ba208d
The new URL would be:
https://www.easynotion.so/thatseasy/How-To-dbb2297f93a24649b78e66eb34ba208d
The embed will load EasyNotion and prompt the user with either an authorization request or a component selector. The workspace only needs to be authorized once.
*Note: a domain must be set in the Notion workspace settings. Without a domain EasyNotion cannot function as intended.
The "Inputs" feature enables the gathering of data in advance of presenting a Form or Button, providing a more efficient and user-friendly data input experience. For example, suppose a user intends to modify a specific Notion Page. In that case, they can leverage the "Get Notion Page" input to collect the necessary data and then pre-populate the corresponding fields of the Form with default values.
Actions represent the series of steps that occur when a trigger is fired, such as when a form is submitted or a button is clicked. Although these actions occur asynchronously, they execute promptly and in sequence, allowing the output of one action to serve as the input for the subsequent actions.
If you have the Admin panel configured (see below) then the easiest way is open the Notion Embed original url in a new browser tab. A button near the top will be present to take you directly to the Sync Page for editing and more options.
If the Admin panel is not set up, simply add "/edit" to the embed URL.
For Example, on the embed if you “copy link to original” and get:
https://www.easynotion.so/embed/embed-abcdefghijklmnop
